It is good to get nervous sometimes as sometimes it can be a profitable contract but as they say:

EXCESS OF EVERYTHING IS BAD.

But Let’s not distract ourselves from our topic and focus what this Nervousness and Fear exactly means.

Nervousness and Fear is a saturation point of our thoughts where we get over conscious about our performance and personality.

And to put it in a more simpler way:

The guilt of something that is already happened in your thoughts but not in reality. Like ” What if they don’t like me? ” or “What if I fail in this attempt?” or “What if I get rejected ?“.

As you can point from above line that these thoughts don’t have any significance in reality unless and until you had given your best regarding the same.

So, Now let’s focus under what circumstances these conditions arise.

Superiority Complex.

This situation usually belongs to the corporate world where job security is always a threat and performance is all that these big giants want. And in this rat race “to be on top”, we always feel anxious and nervous as to “what others are doing that I am not”, “Probably others are doing better than me”.

So to overcome this mindset, we need to change our perception first i.e.; It is the company who is under stress to keep us motivated to be on the job as they need our skills more than anyone else.

And another thing that you should keep reminding yourself is that:

Yes, the corporate sector is very fluctuating regarding job security but a person with good experience and skills is always the first priority of this corporate world and are welcomed wherever they go.

Feeling Threatened.

This feeling evolves from your experiences and mindset and so it varies from person to person.

You can feel threatened by anyone, from a shopkeeper to any of your family or friends.

So, it’s not the fear of whom we should be conscious about but it is the person who makes us feel like threatened.

And as per many surveys, these feelings are found to be so genuine that it literally in many cases has saved the victim’s life and career.

After all, these feelings are a quick reflex action of our body and the brain, evolved from our experiences.

So, never take these actions casually. But again don’t overthink about the situation otherwise whether you like it or not it will eventually come out bad.

Care Fear.

This fear is the most demanding and the most common fear. Everyone likes to be pampered in their own way.

And so everyone finds this fear lovable and hopeful.

But it is this fear which in the long run if not cultivated in the right direction can cause the most un- desirous results and can even result in severe Depression and traumatic conditions and sometimes even worse like some Criminal activity.

The above lines don’t mean to panic you.

It simply means :

EXCESS OF EVERYTHING IS BAD.

Sometimes we get over conscious for our loved ones and start to intervene in their private life by putting unwanted restrictions on them.

And this is when this fear starts to turn into a nightmare.

We should know the difference between a healthy and an unhealthy care.

Healthy care:

In this, we care for our loved ones by understanding their mindset and priorities.

Unhealthy Care:

In this, we simply try to force our ideology on our loved ones by considering them immature and never let them take stand by own.

So, Care Fear actually means:

The desire for someone to influence him/her for his well being.

 

Guilt Fear

This fear is provoked when your inner-consciousness tells you something fishy or wrong has been done by you.

It can be manipulated either from inner-self or from someone outside.

This fear is a weapon for many people who use them to blackmail people emotionally. A lighter example can be “how a crying mother tries to convince her son to stay with her as she is old now”.

So, this fear is somehow beneficial either to you or to your loved ones.

But as I said earlier:

Excess of everything is bad.

So, by using just a bit of virtuous side of your brain, this fear can be easily overcome.

And remember:

FEAR IS GOOD ONLY IF IT’S AN ADD ON TO YOUR STRENGTH.
